Return Policy

Samatva Sanctum works directly with artisans, to ensure the products that reach you are handmade with great care. Our products, being handmade may have small imperfections. These imperfections are not product defects, but the result of the fact that each product is made by individuals, and not by machines. We have a detailed Quality Check process to ensure no damaged products reach you. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to help you with a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only for items that are received in damaged condition.

• The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at subhra@samatvasanctum.com or contact us on our phone number: 9289794027 with:

   • Order number

   • Clear photos or video showing the damage

   • A brief description of the issue

2. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.

• Items that have been used, washed, or tampered with.

• Returns requested for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind, dislike of product, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the damage is not clearly visible or if the return conditions are not met.
